That hits the Spot!!!

Jim Baugh Outdoors TV filmed a great show yesterday on the Go Green Fishing Machine featuring Trout and Spot fishing.

The best things is about this trip is of course, DINNER!!!!

Here is a tip on preparing your Spot and Trout.
Scale the fish and then clean by cutting of the head and gutting the fish. Make sure you clean the fish very well. Before putting on your breader mix, slice some slits on the side of the filet. This will help cook the filet and also get more seasoning into the meat.

The breader mix that I use is a combination of House Autry Seafood Breader Mix with some Corn Meal and KAF. I kick it up some more with red pepper and lemon pepper.

Fry up in a cast iron skillet and you are good to go!!!
